There’s no single “right” answer when it comes to redefining your relationship with food. But our time together will allow for reflection, experimentation, and personal insight as we figure out together what works best for your authentic self!
Healing your relationship with food takes more than rules or meal plans. Yes, of course we are going to pursue your health & wellbeing, but we are also going to explore the stories, patterns, and emotions tied to eating. We’re on a journey together to find the next right thing for your healing.
I believe that you are the expert of your own body. You know your body better than anyone else. I’m here to support you as you rediscover internal cues and external challenges. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you. Helping you heal your relationship with food is one of my favorite things 💜
There’s no single “right” answer. Curiosity allows us to approach your relationship with food and body image with openness and self-compassion.
I gotta be honest - recovery is rarely an upward trajectory. There’s gonna be hard parts, and I’m here to be that steady source of encouragement as you move through the messy moments of recovery.
We are in this together. I want to make sure we identify meaningful goals and navigate recovery together. We gotta honor your voice and story throughout the journey!
I may know a lottttt about nutrition and eating disorders but you’re the expert of your own body. Just think of this as two experts coming together in the efforts of your recovery!

Wally doesn’t have the best of boundaries (loves to give kisses on the face and have all the pets and attention on him). Which is why Wally snuggles are essential!
